(oh aceount of Zakdt) affe&s the whole of his Nifdb equally,— wherefore,
when a part of the Nifdb is thus bellowed, the proportion due
upon fuch part goes along with it. Aboo Yoofaf maintains that the.
obligation to the Zakat of that portion does not drop, becaufe no part
thereof is particularly fpecified as Zakat, the remainder of the Nifab
being the fubjeft from which the obligation is to be difcharged: contrary
to where the whole 'Nifdb has been bellowed, lince there the-
proportion due on account of Zakdt goes, a certiori, as being involved,
in the whale.
