THE Ruta linifolia is a new plant to the gardens, and we believe is not at present in any other collection
but that of Cambridge, where it was raised from seed by Mr. Donn. It is a handsome little herbaceous
shrub, and requires the protection of the green-house to preserve it in this climate. Flowers in
September and October.
