V II. —That a fine be required o f sixpence for each day that any book shall
be detained beyond the period allowed.
VIII. —That any Member who loses a volume, pay for the work at its
original cost.
X II.—That a fortnight’s supply o f books be issued by the Secretary, and
that the books in use be circulated every alternate Monday. That a person
be employed to convey them from the house o f each Member, and deliver
them to the next in rotation.
